A quick hike out to Upper Greeley Pond on a warm, muggy evening. With a 6:20 pm start I didn't have much time to hang around!
Low water on the South Fork of Hancock Branch.
Misty forest.
Bog bridges.
Mature hardwoods along the approach to Mad River Notch.
First view of the pond.
Evening sun on the west knob of Mt. Kancamagus and the K2 Cliff.
K2 reflected.
East Osceola reflection at the southeast corner.
View from the north end of the pond. Time to head out.
